TuringOne provides an AI-powered SaaS platform for intelligent test automation, including TuringAPI, TuringUI, and TuringSecurity.
Access may be provided under a free trial, subscription, or enterprise agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into these Terms. If acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have binding authority.

- Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to TuringOne remains the exclusive property of TuringOne. A limited, non-transferable license is granted solely for platform use.
6. Payment & Subscription
Certain features require paid subscriptions. Fees and billing terms are defined during onboarding or in your commercial agreement.
7. Availability & Maintenance
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance or upgrades may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TuringOne is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Confidentiality
User data and test configurations remain confidential and protected through encryption and strict access controls.
10. Suspension & Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in case of Terms violation, illegal activity, or non-payment.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Courts of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction.
