Pilot

Proof on your application, not on a demo.

The pilot runs on one end-to-end scope with one QA team, in your environment and with your tools. Every indicator is measured before and after, so the decision to go further is based on your numbers.

Four steps

From baseline to transfer.

1

Framing & baseline

Half-day workshop to agree on the scope, the success criteria and the starting value of every indicator.

2

Foundation & context

Environment set up, sources connected, design and data agents run on a first batch of scenarios.

3

Full chain in your pipeline

Generation, execution and analysis in your pipeline, with both human gates active.

4

Measurement & transfer

Before/after report, skills transfer to your team and an extension plan.

What we measure

Indicators measured, not promised.

Measured in step 1, measured again in step 4.

Productivity

  • Time to create an automated test
  • Share of regression automated
  • Failure qualification time
  • Test data preparation effort
  • QA hours saved versus hours spent reviewing

Reliability & cost

  • First-run success rate
  • Healing precision
  • False-positive rate and agreement between evaluation and reviewers
  • Cost and response time per test
To start

Three decisions. That's all.

1

The application scope

One end-to-end scope that matters to you, ideally with an active regression need.

2

Your QA lead

The person who approves cases at Gate 1 and decides at Gate 2.

3

The workshop date

A half-day framing workshop to set the starting point and success criteria.

FAQ

Before you book.

What do you need from our side?

A QA lead, read-only access to the sources of the chosen scope (stories, specs, existing cases, data structures, application interfaces), a test environment and your pipeline. Your team reviews 10 to 20 scenarios with us.

Does any of our data leave our control?

Sources are only read, data is anonymised before every AI call, and models are hosted in the EU or in-house. Agents only write in the test environment and never see credentials.

Which tools do you work with?

Tests are generated inside your existing test framework and run in your existing pipeline. We confirm the details for your environment in the framing workshop.

What happens to the tests if we don't continue?

They are yours. They live in your framework and repository and keep running without TuringOne.

How do you avoid AI “fixing” tests by weakening them?

Self-healing can only change locators, waits, endpoint paths and structures. Assertions, expected values, business steps and skip or retry flags are locked. Every repair is scored, replayed and reviewed before merge.

Who should attend the framing workshop?

Your QA lead, a technical lead for the scope, and ideally the product owner.

Next step

Ready to pick a scope?

Book a conversation to agree on the scope, your QA lead and the date of the framing workshop.
